How to Book

We have an online diary and booking service which is kept updated at all times.  In the highlighted box below, you will find a calendar with availability and rates for all our rooms. You can check the availability of rooms by using the calendar to choose the check in date, selecting the number of nights you’d like, and clicking the ‘Search” button.

Please note that we are are now fully booked for Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival 2015, and unable to recommend anywhere with availability. You may find it helpful to follow Goodwood’s Facebook pages and Twitter streams for details of cancellations.

Room Details

Room One : Superkingsized bed with en suite bath & separate walk in shower

Room Two : King sized bed and en suite bath with rainbath shower over.

Room Three : King sized bed, en suite walk in shower

 

There is so much to do in and around Chichester you won’t be bored, but don’t forget we have DVD players in all the Televisions, so if it’s raining or you feel like staying in, you can bring your own films and watch them in the comfort of your room!

Terms and Conditions

Price

The price includes accommodation and breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone, drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: credit/debit cards, cash, cheque with bankers card or bank transfer.

Children

Please be aware that our rooms are not adjacent and therefore not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Cancellation

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid may be non-refundable.

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.

If a booking is cancelled or shortened and we are unable to re-let the room, we reserve the right to charge as follows:

If you cancel:
More than 14 days before the arrival date, a £10.00 administration fee will apply, the balance of the deposit will be refunded.
Within 14 days of the arrival date: Your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another booking.
Within 48 hours of the arrival date: You will be liable for 100% of the reservation cost if we cannot re-let the room.
Cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100%

If you have to shorten your stay, whilst we will do everything we can to fill the room, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of your booked stay.

In our experience, cancellations are very rare, but as we all know, life can be very unpredictable, and the reasons that force people to cancel their booking can often be very sad, and are always very unexpected.  As a result, we really do encourage you to check your own insurance policies or take out cancellation insurance, just to be on the safe side. We’ve looked around, and Columbus offer single-trip insurance from only £2.99.

Cancellation charges will be taken from the credit card details that were supplied for the deposit.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Damages, Loss, Breakages, and additional charges

Please take care with our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages, loss or damages which you cause to the house or its contents.

Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair, replacement or making good if the loss, damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £25.00 if you did not report this.

Keys

Guests are expected to take care of the door keys during their stay, reimbursing any loss – which may involve the cost of changing locks as well as replacing keys.

Smoking

Please note that all our bedrooms and the breakfast room are NON SMOKING. We reserve the right to charge an extra night’s stay (at the prevailing B&B rate and using the credit/debit card details given to secure the booking) if we have to especially clean and air the room for 24 hours before another guest can occupy it.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Data

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
